Liquid photopolymer is heated to achieve optimum viscosity.
The MJ print head then jets photopolymer onto the surface of a build like a 2D printer.
The jetted photopolymer is then cured by a UV light before the next layer is jetted on.
MJ can use multiple nozzles, so different colours or different materials can be jetted.
Support structures can be jetted in a dissolvable material to make post processing easier.
